What you need to know
MEMBERSHIP
- To join the club, go to www.camberleyltc.com and follow the link to ‘Membership.’
- Once you have had one term of coaching, you must become a member if you want to continue at Camberley LTC.
ACCESS TO THE CLUB
- As a member you may pay a deposit for a club key. This key opens the main gate and club house door so you can come and play at any time.
BALLS
- There are balls for you to use in the club house – remember to use the junior ones that are located under the television.
- You may use 4 balls per court.
- If a ball goes over the fence please get it back.Â
- If a ball goes into the school field there is a key for the gate in the clubhouse.
BOOKING A COURT
- When you join you should be given a member ID and pin code which you will need when booking a court.
- Before arriving to play tennis remember to always book a court.
- You can book a court using the online booking system; either on the computer in the clubhouse or via the internet at home – go to camberleyltc.com.
CLOTHING
- Wear comfortable sports clothing.
- Trainers should be non-marking, football shoes are not suitable.
GENERAL RULES
- If you are playing on court 4 or 5 take the key that is located on the noticeboard by the television and go round on the field to the top gate – not across courts 1-3.
- When going across the back of another court wait for them to finish the game before crossing.
No one is to play with tennis balls either inside or outside the clubhouse.Â
